Following a series of fundraisers last year, Urology Associates of Rochester recently presented Rochester General Hospital’s Lipson Cancer Center with a check for nearly $27,000.
The $26,721.81 gift was presented by Dr. David Dever of Urology Associates of Rochester, and Mrs. Wendy Dever and will support the work of the Lipson Cancer Center, enabling Rochester General Health System to continue to address the growing cancer needs of our community.
On hand to accept the gift Feb. 24 were Dr. Jacques M. Lipson, Mrs. Dawn Lipson; Dr. Pradyumna Phatak, chief of medical oncology and hematology at the hospital; and Amy Craib, vice president of the Lipson Cancer Center and the Rochester Heart Institute.
