College at Brockport, State University of New York, recently honored several local students by naming them to the president's list for the spring 2012 semester.
Juan Carlos Acosta, Sarah Bobb, Candace Brown, Marcia Fabinski, Mark Schindlbeck and Cullen Wegman, all of Rochester, received the honor.
Kirsten Bakos, Jamie Galligan and Anthony Marsocci of Pittsford, were also named to the president's list.
To achieve the honor, a student must earn a GPA of 4.0.
