Ontario County sheriff’s deputies are investigating the theft of a $6,000 quilt that had been displayed the Hill Cumorah Pageant Office.
The “Joseph Smith in the Grove” quilt was stolen sometime between 10 p.m. July 22 and 8 a.m. July 23, deputies said.
Anyone who has information on who may be responsible for the theft is asked to call Investigator Eric Woehr at (585) 396-4634.
