The Brighton Police Department has charged Anacin L. Hymes, 31, of Rochester, with second-degree burglary for a residential burglary on Aug. 1 at a home on Sunnyside Drive and with third-degree burglary for a commercial burglary on July 5 at the Premium Mortgage Company, located at 2541 Monroe Ave.
Hymes, who is on parole, was arraigned Aug. 13 in Brighton Town Court and sent to the Monroe County Jail on $25,000 bail.
