Mark Dailey of Ogden is still in jail after he was caught hanging out in the same place as one of the teenage girls he sexually abused.
Dailey was supposed to be sentenced Thursday evening. They are still trying to agree on a sex offender counseling program for him. Until the lawyers agree on that, Dailey is staying in jail.
Last year, he was convicted of sexually abusing three girls who were all about 14 years old at the time. Last month he was spotted at a high school football game where one of his victims was cheerleading. That violated his probation. He was arrested and put in jail.
The court and the district attorney’s office have had problems with Mark Dailey, going back to last year when he was first sentenced.
Dailey is also facing another charge from Greece. It is for violating an order of protection for one of his victims. It happened at the same football game where he was at. He will have to answer to that charge in Greece Town Court later in October.
