Police believe a 22 year old might have fallen asleep at the wheel before he crashed into a Waste Management truck.
His pick-up truck burst in to flames after the collision early Thursday morning in Alabama, New York.
Police say Charles Scorse works in Greece and was driving home from the night shift.
The driver of the Waste Management truck was not hurt. He told police he yelled to Scorse to get out as soon as he saw the flames.
Scorse was taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
