A Webster teen is facing charges after sheriff’s deputies say she stole from Eastview Mall.
Sixteen-year-old Erin Wicks is charged with petit larceny. Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say Wicks concealed nearly $70 worth of merchandise from Claire’s and left the store without paying.
Deputies say Wicks and a juvenile are charged with criminal possession of stolen property after being found with stolen merchandise from Aldo, Victoria’s Secret, Hollister, Abercrombie& Fitch and Charlotte Russe.
Both are additionally charged with criminal mischief as all of the property stolen from Victoria’s Secret and Abercrombie & Fitch was damaged due to improper sensor removal.
Wicks was issued an appearance.
