The Daniele family of businesses has announced that all of its businesses will go smoke-free beginning Monday, Feb. 20.
Smoking will be prohibited for employees throughout the properties, and customers will also be discouraged from smoking.
Employees are also being offered a $1,000 bonus for those who make the commitment to lose 12 pounds or quit smoking by Dec. 31.
"This is our investment towards a healthy culture we've established within our family of employees," owner Danny Daniele said, according to a press release. "The staff is excited at the opportunity to make some extra money while at the same time fulfilling an important commitment in their personal lives."
