Family History Center, 460 Kreag Road, Pittsford, will host Genealogy in Bloom: Family History Conference from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 6.
The event will be presented by D. Joshua Taylor, host of PBS’ “Genealogy Roadshow” and president of the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society.
The conference will include four presentations, including “Successful Searching Online: Clustering for Genealogists,” “Essential Technology for Genealogists,” “Finding the Roots of Your Family Legends” and “The Web, the World and You (Advanced Internet Research).” An hour break will be provided for lunch. The center will be open for exploration.
