Think of the last time you did something for fun — went fishing, to a movie, out to dinner, to a baseball game, for example. Estimate how much money you spent. Then, choose one of these organizations and send them a contribution equal to that amount. Doctors Without Borders (www.doctorswithoutborders.org), Mercy Corps (www.mercycorps.org) and The UN Refugee Agency (www.unrefugees.org) are already supplying direct aid in the country and to refugees near the borders.
