The Honeoye girls’ soccer team defeated Romulus by the final 5-0 yesterday.
In the first half, Taylor Pestle and Kylie McBride scored with assists from Erica Cratsley and Tirzah Blackstone. In the second half Jana Balcerak, BreAnna Bugbee and Taylor Pestle scored unassisted.
Honeoye keeper Sarah Gray had five saves and Romulus keeper Jenny Thompkins had 24 saves. Honeoye's record is now 1-1 and Romulus has a record of 0-1.
